Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and draws attention to order dated 10th January, 2022 in which, inter alia, following was said.

"2. Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf opposite party no.1 and disputes that second appeal number has not been given. He seeks adjournment to obtain instruction and give the number."

Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite parties and submits, the second appeal has been registered as numbered as 3504 of 2021.

On query from Court he submits, regarding first appeal the period for adjudication provided is 45 days.

There is no statutory provision for disposal of second appeal. However, going by time line for a first appeal, opposite party no.1 is directed to dispose of the appeal within ninety days from date. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
