Heard the submission of learned counsel for Petitioners. 2.

This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "Therefore, under the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue rule NISI calling upon the opp.parties to show cause and after hearing the parties be pleased to directing the opp.party No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioners under Annexure-2 and to take a decision on the aforesaid representation within a specific time period and further be directed to take steps for allotment of shop rooms in favour of the Petitioners;

And may further be pleased to pass such other/ further writ/ writs direction/ directions, order/ orders as deem fit & proper in the facts and circumstances of this case for the interest of justice and equity;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue

// 2 // is still pending before the Collector & District Magistrate, BhadrakOpposite Party No.2, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. However, keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to show disposal of the representation at the instance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioners. 4.
