The Petitioners being in custody in connection with Phiringia P.S. Case No.64 of 2021 corresponding to C.T.. Case No.41 of 2021 on the file of learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Phulbani running for commission of offence under Sections- 20(b)(ii)C of the NDPS Act, have filed this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. their her release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submissions made; further keeping in view the role said to have been played by the Petitioners as those emanate from the materials on records which stand against the Petitioners as well as the quantity of contraband said to have been seized with other surrounding

// 2 // circumstances, at this stage; I am not inclined to grant of bail to the Petitioners.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
