1. This application has been filed by the petitioner-husband under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. Case No. 63 of 2021 filed by the opposite party-wife under Section 13 (1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Angul, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

2. Mr. Byomakesh Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no necessity for transfer of the case at present as talks of compromise are going on between the parties and he may be permitted to withdraw the TRP(C) with liberty to file a fresh application in case of necessity in the future.

3. Considering the above submission, the TRP(C) is disposed of as withdrawn granting the aforesaid liberty.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
