Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the caution notice dated 10.10.2022 and possession notice dated 12.10.2022 under Annexure-3 series and e-auction sale notice published in the newspaper in respect of Sl. No.3 dated 25.11.2022 under Annexure-4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made a reply to possession notice dated 12.10.2022 to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time.

Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.1 to consider the reply filed by the petitioner

vide Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law before 31st of December, 2022, from the date of production/communication of certified copy this order. 6.
