This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by the tardy manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Aul P.S. Case No.381 of 2022 registered for commission of offences under Sections 147/148/307/325/294/149, IPC. During course of argument, she submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara (opposite party no.3) for redressal of his grievances.

In such view of the matter, this Court grants liberty to
// 2 // the petitioner to approach the Superintendent Police, Kendrapara (opposite party no.3) by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order through Registered Post within a period of two weeks. In the event such grievance petition is received by opposite party no.3, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the said petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner without fail.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
