Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this writ petition and after hearing the parties issue a writ or direction to the Judge PLA (PUS) for early disposal of the C.P.No.45/2020 under Annexure-1 series forthwith;

And/or pass any such other order(s)/ direction(s)/writ(s) as are deemed just and proper;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering the limited request involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Permanent Lok Adalat, Khurda at Bhubaneswar to conclude the C.P.No. 45/2020 at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. 5.
