This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counel appearing for the State-Opposite Party. 3.
The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.412 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.513 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Rajnagar, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/294/457/323/326/427/34 the I.P.C. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the present F.I.R. has been lodged in connection with a family dispute. It is further submitted that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature and the Petitioners are in-laws' family members.

Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender and move an application for bail before the Court in seisin
// 2 // over the matter within a period of three weeks from today in the aforesaid case, the Court in seisin over the matter shall release them on bail on such terms and conditions as it would be deemed just and proper, but subject to verification of the injury and in the event it is found that the injuries sustained by the injured are grievous in nature, then this order shall not be given effect to. Case diary along with the injury report be made available on the date of surrender of the Petitioner before the leaned court below.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
