This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 31.10.2022 passed in CONTC No.6290 of 2022 arising out of the order dated 21.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.38875 of 2021.

Considering the submissions made, to provide one more opportunity to the Opposite Party-Contemnor, this Court in disposal of the Contempt Petition directs the Opposite Party-Contemnor to work out the order of this Court dated 31.10.2022 passed in CONTC No.6290 of 2022 arising out of the order dated 21.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.38875 of 2021, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners and submit a compliance report before the Registry of this Court within a period of seven days thereafter.
