Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Order No.

Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal. In the event the Petitioner files appeal within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be entertained and decided on its own merit.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.

Certified copy, if any, filed in the Writ Petition shall be returned to the Petitioner, but after keeping a true attested Xerox copy thereof.
