This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner for a direction to Opposite Party No.4 to issue No dues certificate in favour of the Petitioner and for a further direction to Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 5 to take immediate steps to release the arrear gratuity amount along with interest at the rate of 9% in favour of the Petitioner within a stipulated time.

Learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education department submits that Opposite Party No.3 has already issued No dues certificate to the Controller of Accounts, Opposite Party No.5. He further submits that now it is up to the Controller, Opposite Party No.5 to do the needful in accordance with law. 4.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.5 is directed to calculate the gratuity and other service benefits of the Petitioner

// 2 // within a period of two months from today and the amount payable to the Petitioner shall be disbursed within the same time. 5.

With the foresaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
