Heard Mr. A. Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 16.09.2022 under Annexure-1 and further to declare the action of the opposite parties withholding an amount of Rs.29.08 lakhs from the running bill account from the petitionercompany pertaining to NIT-084 as illegal and arbitrary and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to release the withheld amount of Rs.29.08 lakhs in favour of the petitioner-company along with interest.

Mr. A. Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that pursuant to order dated 15.07.2022 passed by the apex court in SLP(C) No.8976 of 2022, the petitioner was permitted to file a fresh representation. In compliance of the same, though the petitioner filed fresh representation, the authority has rejected his prayer.

In view of the above, since the representation of the petitioner has been rejected, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum instead of approaching this Court. 6.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
