Necessary correction in the cause title and also in order dated 21st December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3900 of 2022 is prayed for.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

The correction as to the cause title is allowed to be carried out in the Court itself.

Post-correction of the cause title, the order dated 21st December, 2022 in CRLMC No. 3900 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court of learned CJM, Deogarh and not before the court of learned 'SDJM, Deogarh' in connection with C.T. Case No. 96 of 2012. The aforesaid order is further modified with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the said court on or before 6th February, 2023 for being released on bail with conditions.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
