This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
2. Heard Mr. N.S. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition aggrieved by the document non-verified applicant list for M.Sc. Course 2021-22 under Annexure-7, by which her application has been rejected on the ground of having work experience of less than one year.
4. Mr. N.S. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has got one year work experience for admission to M.Sc. Nursing course for the academic year 2021-2022 and for calculation of one year period, he relied upon the document under Annexure-3 dated
10.12.2021 and Annexure-4 series issued by AMRI hospital, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has got experience for the period from 01.10.2020 to 03.12.2020 and 09.02.2021 to till date. Therefore, it is contended that her application should not have been rejected on the ground of having work experience of less than one year.
5. Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate, referring to representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-8 dated 03.12.2021, stated that the petitioner herself has admitted that due to delay in registration she could not be able to show her experience for one year. Though she has done COVID duty in SUM Hospital for two months, due to lack of registration the said period could not be considered as experience. In view of the above admission of the petitioner in her representation that she had not one year work experience, her application for admission to M.Sc. Nursing course for academic year 2021-22 has been rightly rejected.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, it appears that the petitioner has no requisite qualification of one year work experience, as has been admitted by her in the representation under Annexure-8 dated 03.12.2021. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
7. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties
may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021..
