This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Additional Sub-Collector-cum-Settlement Officer, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of Settlement Appeal No.80 of 2015 pending before him. 3.

By order dated 8th February, 2022, this Court directed learned State Counsel to take instruction with regard to status of the appeal pending before Opposite Party No.2. 4.

Mr. Mishra, learned ASC on instruction submits that the matter is posted to 3rd March, 2022 for hearing and he has been instructed by Opposite Party No.2 that the matter will be taken up on that date.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that since the matter is posted for hearing on 3rd March, 2022, the Additional Sub-Collector-cum-Settlement Officer, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to take up the matter on that date and also to dispose of the matter as

// 2 // expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months there from, if there is no legal impediment. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction, as foresaid.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
