The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision pursuant to the order passed by the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in R.P. Case No.143 of 2012 filed under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey & Settlement Act, 1958.

In course of hearing, Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy in accordance with law.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
