This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 16.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19769 of 2021.

The direction part in the order dated 16.07.2021 appears to be; the Petitioner's representation at Annexures-7 & 8 were directed to be disposed of by the Opposite Party No.3 with an appropriate order on the same.

In filing an instruction memo in Court today, Mr. Ghose, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor submitted that there is already consideration of the representation of the Petitioner long since.

Keeping in view the instruction memo filed by Mr. Ghose, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor, this Court finds, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further.
