This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This interim application has been filed by the petitioner no.1, Lili Pradhan for extension of time to deposit the misappropriated money.

Perused the order dated 20.01.2022, wherein while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1, the condition was imposed that she shall deposit a sum of Rs.65,000/- (rupees sixty five thousand) before the B.D.O., Odagaon Block within a period of six weeks from the date of passing the order and to produce the receipt before the learned J.M.F.C., Odagaon and if the petitioner

no.1 fails to deposit the said misappropriated money and produce the receipt, the learned Magistrate shall issue non-bailable warrant of arrest against the petitioner no.1. In the interim application, grounds have been taken that the petitioner no.1 could not be able to arrange the amount to deposit before the B.D.O., Odagaon Block and the learned J.M.F.C., Odagaon vide order dated 21.10.2024 has issued non-bailable warrant of arrest against the petitioner no.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has sought for extension of time to deposit the money.

Let the petitioner no.1 deposit the aforesaid money before the B.D.O., Odagaon Block by end of this month and the B.D.O. shall accept the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 shall produce the documentary proof regarding deposit of the money in terms of the order dated 20.01.2022 and also a copy of the same on the next date.

List this matter on 21.02.2025.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
