Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

In this CRLMP, the petitioner challenges the action of the opposite parties in entering wrong information with regard to the salary of the petitioner from the period 02.10.1986 to 02.11.2021 in Vigilance P.S. Case No.22 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the State submits that now the matter is pending before the jurisdictional Vigilance Court. 5.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Vigilance court.

// 2 // In the event, the petitioner approaches with an appropriate application, the said court is directed to take a decision on the said application as per law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
