This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the StateOpposite Party. 3.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for pre-arrest bail.

The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Malkangiri P.S. Case No.714 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.845 of 2022, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Malkangiri for commission of offences punishable under Sections 420/34, I.P.C.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, Petitioner shall be

// 2 // released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
