1. The Petitioner's representation be examined by the Collector, Kalahandi and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and giving them hearing a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 11th April, 2022. A copy of this order shall be produced before the Collector, Kalahandi not later than 7th March, 2022 for appropriate action. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
