This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction in the address of Opposite Party Nos.2 & 3 in the cause title of the Petition.

Considering such submission, the prayer is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction in the Court today.

In view of the aforesaid modification, the address mentioned in Paragraphs-4 & 6 of the order dated 16.12.2022 stands modified. Necessary correction in the order be carried out. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
