This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the informant in connection with Thakurmunda P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021 which relates to the unfortunate death of the petitioner's son in a hit and run case.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that, Final Report has been submitted which is subject matter of the C.T. Case No.225 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Thakurmunda. 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, though investigation has been concluded and final report has been submitted but notice of such final report is not being

issued to him for which, he is not able to take consequential steps as envisaged under the Cr.P.C for ventilating his grievances. 6.

Taking note of such submissions, this Court in exercise of Power under Section-482 Cr.P.C. directs the learned Court below to issue notice to the petitioner, in the event, Investigating Agency has filed a final report regarding the incident which has resulted in the sad demise of the petitioner's son, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of the order of this Court.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
