This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel Order No.

for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations;

further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Keonjhar Forest Division P.R. Case No. 0054047/2739 of 2021 corresponding to 2(b) C.C. Case No.30 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that he will not indulge himself in commission of similar type of offences. In case the Petitioner during pendency of the present case subsequently involved in similar activities, it would be open for the prosecution to cancel the bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
