Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging noncompliance of the order dated 01.09.2017 passed by this Court in O.A. No.3859 (C) of 2013.

On perusal of the aforesaid order, it appears that the petitioner has filed this contempt petition after expiry of one year period. Thereby the contempt petition is barred by limitation. 5.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the appropriate forum.
