Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, relief sought by his client is for direction upon opposite party no.2, who is sitting on his client's application for renewal of passport. The application is dated 30th October, 2021.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with the application dated 30th October, 2021, for renewal of passport, expeditiously and positively within three weeks from date of communication of this order.
