Since on instruction Mr.Mohanty submits that in the meantime Mancheswar P.S. Case No. 15 dated 15.1.2022 has been registered for commission of offences under Sections 341, 323, 294, 506/34 I.P.C. read with Section 3(1)(r)(s) of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,1989, Mr.Tripathy, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.B.P.B.Bahali, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.
