The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice dated 29.11.2022 under Annexure-4, by which direction has been given to vacate the unauthorized encroachment within a period of 15 days, otherwise the same will be demolished.

Mr. T.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner wants to demarcation of the land so that necessary steps can be taken at her end.

Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, let the petitioner file objection to the notice of eviction issued by the authority under Annexure-4 dated 29.11.2022 within a period of seven days hence. In the event, the petitioner files objection to the notice of eviction, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the authority in accordance with law by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
