On oral submission learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title portion of the Petitioner side in Court today.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

On the selfsame issue it appears the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 is pending consideration. This Court while disposing of the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure2 and take decision, as appropriate, at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. In the meantime there is no change in the status of jungle involved for at least one and half months, there may not be change in the status of the jungle.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
