This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is asserted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner since Annexure-4 was passed by the Block Education Officer, Langigarh, in disregard of order passed by this Court on 20.7.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 19195 of 2021, the institution of Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna Sadar P.S. Case No. 325 of 2021 is bad in law and prays for quashing of the same by this Court in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

On perusal of the materials on record and on considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and counsel for the State, this Court is not inclined to exercise power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. at this stage. It shall be open to
the Petitioner to move the Court at a later point of time, if so advised.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of.
