The Petitioner being in custody in connection with R. Udayagiri P.S. Case No.103 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.87 of 2021 on the file of learned Special Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemudni running for commission of offence under Section- 20(b)(ii)C/25/29 of the NDPS Act, has filed this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for her release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submissions made; further keeping in view the role said to have been played by the Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on records which stand against the Petitioner as well as the quantity of contraband said to have been seized with other surrounding

// 2 // circumstances, at this stage; I am not inclined to grant of bail to the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
