This Writ Petition involves the following prayer: "The Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why direction shall not be issue to carry out the demarcation proceeding within a stipulated period.

And If the Opp. Parties fail show cause or show insufficient cause, the Rule may please be made absolute;

And To pass any other order(s)/direction(s)/writ(s) as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper;"

Considering innocuous prayer, proceeding vide Annexure-3 pending before the Tahasildar, Tangi Choudwar Opp. Party No.2, the O.P.2 is directed to conclude such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but however involving parties likely to be affected.

3. Consequently, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
