This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.230 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Balasore to the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nilgiri.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. No one appears on behalf the Opposite Party in spite of notice has been issued to him.

Since both the parties are residing under the jurisdiction of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nilgiri, as revealed

// 2 // from the cause title of the aforesaid civil proceeding, this Court directs that Civil Proceeding No.230 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nilgiri. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order and intimate the same to the Opposite Party. 5.

However, the Opposite Party is at liberty to seek review of this order, if he is aggrieved by this order in any manner. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
