Mr. Khatua, learned counsel files Vaklatnama on behalf of HDB Financial Services Ltd., Bhubaneswar, which is taken on record.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Opposite Parties not to re-possess the vehicle bearing registration No.OD-29-F-5090 and take coercive action in respect of the said vehicle till finalization of Consumer Case No.112 of 2022 pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jagatsinghpur.

Since the Petitioner has a remedy before the Forum before which the aforesaid Consumer Case is pending, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
