It is alleged, referring to the order of this Court referred to in Order No.

Paragraph-9 of the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner complains that in spite of clear direction of this Court issued in W.P.(C) No.10363/2018, there is no decision by the Executive Officer, Padampur NAC as of now.

Keeping this in view and as this court finds, there is involvement of innocuous prayer, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the O.P. to take a decision as appropriate in terms of the direction of this Court issued in W.P.(C) No.10363/2018, if no decision has been taken, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
