For the pendency of the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and as a decision in the matter is required to be taken by the Asst. Settlement Officer-cum-DDO, Cuttack Major Settlement Office-Opposite Party No.1 keeping in view the undertaking for deduction from salary of employees towards repayment of special house loan availed by the Bank as appearing at page 15, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing the Asst. Settlement Officercum-DDO, Cuttack Major Settlement Office-Opposite Party no.1 to take a decision on the claim of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 taking into consideration the documents at page 15, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner but however, keeping in view the above undertakings.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
