1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 21.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.39465 of 2021.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the 8th line of paragraph-2 of the aforesaid order, the serial number of the Petitioner in the draft merit list has been wrongly reflected as "Sl. No.16" instead of "Sl. No.516". He further submits that in 5th and 9th lines of paragraph-4 of the said order the word "OTET" has been wrongly mentioned instead of "OSSTET".

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the I.A, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the serial number of the Petitioner in the draft merit list wrongly reflected in the 8th line of paragraph-2 of the aforesaid order as "Sl. No.16" be read as "Sl. No.516" and the word "OTET" wrongly mentioned in 5th and 9th lines of paragraph-4 of the said order be read as "OSSTET".

6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.

7. This I.A. is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
