Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner Chintamani Majhi challenging the letter/order no.13 of 2022 dated 01.01.2022 issued by the C.D.P.O., Raighar (opposite party no.3) under Annexure-1 in appointing the opposite party no.4 Bijanti Gond as Anganwadi Worker of
// 2 // Nuapara Additional Anganwadi Centre under the I.C.D.S. Project, Raighar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since as per the guidelines for Anganwadi Workers dated 02.05.2007 framed by the Government of Odisha, Women and Children Development Department, A.D.M. is the Appellate Authority for hearing the complaints regarding selection of Anganwadi Workers, he wants to prefer an appeal and therefore, permission may be granted to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority.
