1. There is no proof of the application dated 2nd August 2021 having actually been delivered to the Collector, Sundargarh by the Petitioners. In the absence of such proof, it is not possible the Court issue directions to the Collector for disposal of such application.

2. As and when the Petitioners are able to collect such proof for having made the application, it would be open to the Petitioners to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
