Learned counsel for the Petitioners on the premises of Order No.

obtaining further documents to take out the injunction order prays for withdrawal of the CMP but however with a leave to bring an Application under Order 39 Rule 4 of C.P.C. for re-consideration of the trial court in modification of the order involving the Application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of C.P.C.

Keeping this in view, the CMP stands permitted to be withdrawn but in the event any such Application comes, that shall be decided in accordance with law providing opportunity to the other side.
