Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 01.12.2021 in connection with Khurda Sadar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1308 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 419/420/423/467/468/471/34 of IPC.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that investigation into the case has progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall appear before the IIC of Khurda Sadar Police Station

on every Monday at 10.00 A,M. till submission of charge sheet. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
