This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. Puspalaka, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Naidu, learned counsel representing Endowment Commissioner, Odisha.

According to Mr. Puspalaka, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities in allotting shop room in the premises of Rajdhani Puja Samitee, Ashoknagar, Unit-II, Bhubaneswar, where he claims to have earlier running her business.

During course of hearing, Mr. Puspalaka submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before Endowment Commissioner, Odisha (opposite party No.1) for redressal of her grievances and further prays that a direction be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision on such petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before opposite party No.1 within a period of two weeks along with a copy of this order by registered post. In the event, such a representation is filed, the opposite party No.1 is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as opposite party No.2. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
