Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing counsel submits that in the meantime, Basudevpur P.S. Case No.31 dated 28.01.2022 has been registered under Sections 406/420/465/34 I.P.C. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter.
