This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this CRLMP, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the opposite parties to provide him needful police protection and take action against the culprits in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has sent a complaint through e-mail to the IIC, Kalinga Nagar Police Station (opposite party no.4) as well as the Superintendent of Police, Jajpur (opposite party no.4). But till date, nothing has been done in the matter. In course of argument, he submits that
// 2 // liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Jajpur (opposite party no.3) afresh and further prays that the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion within a stipulated time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Jajpur (opposite party no.3) afresh by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order through Speed Post/Registered Post within a period of two weeks. In the event such grievance petition is filed before opposite party no.3, the said opposite party is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving of such grievance petition and communicate the results of such exercise to the petitioner without fail. 4.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
