This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Competent Authority to entertain and dispose of the proceeding pending before it.

Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with permission to the Petitioners that in the event the proceeding pending is yet to be admitted, to file an application for expeditious admission and disposal of the OEA Revision Case No.7 of 2021, which may be considered by O.P.2 appropriately.
