This is the successive journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Dhamnagar P.S. Case No.197 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.389 of 2016 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar running for alleged commission of offence under Section 366/376(2)(n)/420/323/342 of the IPC read with section 109 of the IPC, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made, further keeping in view the role said to have been played by the Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on records which stand

// 2 // against the Petitioner with other surrounding circumstances; and on going through the earlier order dated 14.09.2017 passed in ABLAPL No. 5545 of 2017, I am not inclined to re-consider the prayer grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
