Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant 2nd RACP to the petitioners with effect from 01.07.2017 in terms of the Resolution No. 3560 dated 06.02.2013 instead of 2nd MACP.

As it appears, the grievance of the petitioners has been recommended by the District Education Office, Jharsuguda to the Block Education Officer, Kolabira on 09.05.2022 under Annexure-6, which is still pending before the said authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.4 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.3 under Annexure-6, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
