This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Electrical), TPCODL, DhenkanalOpposite Party No.5 to consider his representation dated 22nd April, 2021 (Annexure-2) to draw the conductor by which the power supply has been provided to his residence by installing cement poles.

Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that power supply to the residence of the Petitioner was made available through Soubhagya Scheme. Initially the conductor was drawn through 'Chakunda' tree. When the said tree was uprooted, power supply has been made by a Bamboo Pole. Hence, the Petitioner is facing difficulty, as the same is hazardous to his family members. In that regard, he has made a representation to the Opposite Party No.5 on 22nd April, 2021, but no action has yet been taken on the same. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. 4.

Taking into consideration the grievance of the Petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case

// 2 // of the Petitioner, disposes of the writ petition with a direction that in the event, the Petitioner makes a fresh comprehensive application representing his grievance as aforesaid within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Electricial), TPCODL, DhenkanalOpposite Party No.5 shall do well to consider the same in accordance with law and communicate his decision to the Petitioner forthwith.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
