2. Heard Mr. U.R.Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.K.Maharaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. Dibyajyoti Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the informant.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 17th March, 2021 in connection with Balaramgadi Marine P.S. Case No03/2021 corresponding to C.T.. Case No.203/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore for the alleged commission of the

// 2 // offence under Sections 302/147/148/449/120-B/216/109/149 of I.P.C. and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the Petitioner appears to have been implicated in the case on the basis of the statement of the co-accused coupled with the fact that some of the co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL Nos.6217/2021 and 8582/2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear personally before the court in seisin over the matter on each date of posting of the case without fail and in case of even single default, necessary orders shall be passed to take him to custody again.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
