It is submitted that undisputedly there is pendency of an OPID proceeding.

Looking to the nature of grievance and for the opinion of this Court the Petitioner can very well move the OPID Court with an attempt to draw distinction and to find-out whether the Petitioner's property can be kept under seizure or not?, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner seeking liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the trial Court. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.
